I can't remember the last time I drew an anooyed/pissed Tobi. XD This was very much so inspired by this video: [link] great deitobi vid. : D Really got me addicted to the song. Yes, the song is fairly addicting. Cute picture by the way. I think "Ladder in my tights," as used in the song, means like a quirk in one's life. Like there's something about yourself that makes you different that you really don't enjoy, ergo: "the world is so much better when you find you don't fit. There's a ladder in your tights."
As for "duct tape and silverware," I guess it has something to do with tormenting someone because another lyric goes "C-4 and dynamite." Like in your picture, someone duct tapes a person then, maybe, pokes them with a fork or something.
