It won't let me write PadmΓ©...It's finished, aaaagh! It's been a month since my last drawing... Everything got so busy all at once! Anyway... *sigh* *kills evil curly hair* I spent several days on the hair alone... Why is that almost all the people I've done so far have had wavy almost curly hair??? For my next drawing, Obi-Wan, at least his hair is pretty much straight, but I promised ~ tarkheki I'd do Obi-Wan from Episode II, so that means long hair
lol. You know, someday I should time how many hours these take now... It was many many hours, I'm sure of that at least
EDIT: I lowered the eyebrow in order to make the face less "wonky" as ~ michelleion put it
It was too high and making her eye look funky. I also lowered the lash line on that eye (the right) and I think that helped too.

I know the scene you took this reference from (one of my favorite hair/costume combinations for her, btw)! I love the hair--you really did a terrific job of it, with very realistic highlights and shadows. Beautiful shading on the face, as well--lovely! A wonderful portrait of Padme!
