It's a very good novel about, well, a love couple in a world where devils mess things up. When they first met, Margarita was holding a bouquet of yellow flowers (well, at least they were yellow in the movie adaptation). Later she goes through lots of pain to reunite with her lover, including becoming a witch and serving at satan's party. The book is Russian, so I think if Russia gives someone yellow flowers, he wants to show that his love is as big as that of Master and Margarita. But even without that unnecessary interpretation, the picture looks heartwarming and romantic, and cute

This is adorable. I'm pretty neutral to the couple as well, but I do like the scenario. Though Russia is often viewed as being a dark character, I could imagine him shyly giving people he likes flowers-- he's pretty bold in indicating who he likes and who he dislikes I would think.
In any case, this is a very warm scene. ^^

It also mentioned he liked looking for and making friends, so it'd definitely not be out of the question for him to give flowers to people he likes. X3 and yes, he is pretty bold with indicating who he likes and dislikes - I remember in the Christmas 2011 Livestream, when he had greeted Germany, he tried to kiss him (as apparently he greets all people like that), then sulked when Germany rejected him. Then when Germany tells him, "I don't mind any other way you greet me, just not like that." Russia then says he'll blow kisses to Germany, then. Germany then goes, "I just dug up my own grave!" XD
I'm glad it was able to portray warmth. X3 I was messing around with effects, but I kept adding and deleting until I got a proper combination I felt satisfied with. =^^=

Yeah, that would sound like Russia ^^ I cannot deny the 'childishly cruel' part of his personality (the fact he's not aware of it is rather spot on-- he seems rather oblivious to the results of certain, and potential harmful, actions), but he is very sweet to his own family, especially to his big sister at times. It's very noticeable that they're his weak spot (in more ways that one).

To you it may seem like that, but to others it isn't. I don't really see it as OOC myself, as I can see Russia giving flowers for someone he likes and being quite happy about it. And considering how tired and fearful the Baltics are of him, they'd be happy to see him with somebody else so he doesn't pick on them.

are you like angryi'm not trying to start any fight i'm just sharing my opinion?...Also i'm just saying its ooc considering how i've seen what happens in the anime and the manga and yes you are right if russia really was to like someone then yeah he'd give them flowers and gifts,but because i've seen what the anime says and what the manga says Russia has never really been that close to anyone else but his sisters and russia almost never interacts that much with the other characters inthis case countries,unless ofcourse its in a meeting,but most of the time Russia is a loner and half the world does not even wanna be near him let alone some of the asian countries who fear him too much.so i cannot really see the other countries being that close to him even russia himself may indeed wanna get close but half the time he just strays away from them in reality.and like i said its just my opinion i not wanna figt it is just my opinion i thought of letting out of my mind bessides aren't people free to opinonate and share there opinions openly in a cevilized conversation.

Actually, in the strips, and even times in the anime, Russia is actively looking for friends, so this really wouldn't be OOC.
1. His profiles from volumes 3, 4, 5 and 6 state that he's looking for friends:
Volume 3 - "With people other than his friends, he becomes shy and unsociable! That's right! He thinks all of you are friends!"
Volume 4 - "He's devoted himself to how to beable to make friends!"
Volume 5 - "He forgives easily and is always looking for friends!"
Volume 6 - "He's a bit lonely, so we should all be friends with him!"
2. In the Christmas 2011 Livestream event, it was shown that Russia greets people by kissing on the lips - he tried to do it with Germany, but sulked when rejected. However, when Germany told him he'll allow him to greet him in any other form except that, Russia then goes, "I'll just blow you a kiss, then."

I wrote wrong cause i was writing too fast is all,i do know how to spell.And yes he does search for friends,but iv'e seen that sometimes Russia gives up on the idea when they openly reject him purely out of the reason that people are frightened of him.And yes i know Russia wants to be friends with everyone,who doesn't?...But because of Russia's history and what goes on in his daily life people just sort of keep their distance from him hence why Russia is always alone.The only Person that is not afraid of him is America and it was said that America is Russia's only best friend even in the past they were the best of friends before the world wars and even though they may have there different opinions and understandings of how the world and each their countries work whilst the other countries befriend him y'know Russia purely out of fear but,not because they actually wanna be friends with him.Plus the Anime is known to give a lot of Fan service cause the fans always ask the producers for Fan service but because of that people cannot say what sometimes happens in Hetalia is cannonically correct.Anyway that is ir for my statement have a good day madame.

You state that America was only Russia's best friend, but where exactly does it say that? What strip, profile or episode? Last time I checked, America and Russia are rigid, but only get along occasionally. And America is the only person not afraid of Russia? I beg to differ - what about Belarus? Even though she keeps her distance from Russia, she still sticks close to him. There is also Poland - who was willing to defend Lithuania from him despite how threatening Russia appeared.
And I didn't just give examples from the anime - I gave examples from the strip, and profiles, too.
America is not Russia's best friend - people are free to interpret it, but to imply or say it's canon to Hetalia without evidence is wrong. Perhaps in your interpretation they are, but not officially in Hetalia. Hetalia itself is not the most historically accurate, either, but if you're using it as a medium, then you should at least abide by rules of it, and not tell others your interpretation unless they want to hear it.
