Description I've gone through changes
I've gone through pain
But there's not enough reason for me to go insane
I know the feeling, justΒ when it grows
I'm in a rage up from my head down to my toes.

You know it ain't easy
Running out of thrills
You know it ain't easy
When you don't know what you want.
What do you want?

Oh, you want to
Rock now, rock the night
'Til early in the morning light
Rock now, rock the night
Oh, Whoa, yeah
You want to rock the night
You'd better believe it's right.
Rock now, rock the night
Oh, Whoa, yeah

I know my limit
Just what it takes
When things ain't good enough
I just pull the brake
Sometimes it's easy
Sometimes so tough
But just have one thing clear
I can't get enough.

You know it ain't easy
Running out of thrills
You know it ain't easy
When you don't know what you want.
What do you want?

Oh, you want to
Rock now, rock the night
'Til early in the morning light
Rock now, rock the night
Oh, Whoa, yeah
Rock now, rock the night
You'd better believe it's right.
Rock now, rock the night
Oh, Whoa, yeah

Rock now, rock the night
Rock now, rock the night
Rock now, rock the night
Rock now, rock the night
Rock it!

You know it ain't easy
Running out of thrills
You know it ain't easy
When you don't know what you want.
What do you want?

Oh, you want to
Rock now, rock the night
'Til early in the morning light
Rock now, rock the night
Oh, Whoa,yeah
Rock now, rock the night
You'd better believe it's right.
Rock now, rock the night
Oh, Whoa, yeah

Rock now, rock the night
'Til early in the morning light
Rock now, rock the night
Whoa, Oh yeah
Rock now, rock the night
You'd better believe it's right.
Rock now, rock the night
Whoa, Whoa

Just bought two tickets to the Outcasts' concert of their new Europe cover of Rock the Night, featuring the Fazbear gang! Now I just need to decide on a friend to give the 2nd ticket to...

Good luck finding someone.

I'll give it to Amy. She needs something to get her mind off her broken heart.

I don't see Springtrap, so I'm gonna assume he's busy stalking the guard.

Unless the guard is Amy or Bunnie.

Even then, there's really only one instrument I can imagine Springtrap playing, and I'm pretty sure this song doesn't use it.

Which is?

a scary guy guy like Springtrap would need a scary instrument like the Theremin.

Maybe not in this song but it can be used in others.

And if we know Oliver, who plays keyboards on The Outcasts, he'll find a way to liven it up.

The video for the original song was shot at the Stockholm Hard Rock Cafe in Nov. 1986. The video has only brief shots of John Norum at guitar, while the rest of the vid marks the public debut of Kee Marcello at that instrument in the Cafe.

The shots with Norum present came from the May 1986 EUROPE concerts at Solnahallen, an indoor gym and gymnastics facility, in Solna, Sweden. The music video for 'The Final Countdown' came out of footage shot at those 2 concerts.

EUROPE would have an exhibit unveiled at Hard Rock, commemorating their body of work together, in April 2000. Both Norum and Marcello were there, and were represented equally in the exhibit. All 6 members of the group present that night also finally received their Gold Awards for sales of the compilation 'EUROPE 1982-1992', albeit about 7 years late.

I knew it was at a Hard Rock CafΓ© but didn't know where. I figure for fun with this song we have the band do the same only at Freddy Fazzbear's. Thanks for the fave.

And from Apr. 14, 2000

The first pic, from the night of the New Year's Eve 1999 barge reunion mini-concert, going L-R, is drummer Ian Haugland, bassist John Leven, 1st guitarist John Norum, 2nd guitarist Kee Marcello, keyboardist Mic Michaeli, and vocalist Joey Tempest.

The 2nd pic, from Hard Rock Stockholm, on Apr. 14, 2000, is, from L-R, Leven, Michaeli, Tempest, Norum, Haugland, and Marcello.

They sure look different without the big hair but I'll bet the sound is just the same.

Well, for their 1983-1991 song catalogue, they dropped the key down one level for performances today. The melody moves as normal, but it's no longer about the type of high notes they went after during the 80s and early 90s.

For example...

And

Difference is noticeable.

Yes, it is, but it's still good.

It's just EUROPE maturing their creative direction....with no major labels glaring over their shoulders, they're doing it their way...which they've been doing since their contracts with Epic/CBS finally ended after the Prisoners In Paradise tour concluded on March 15, 1992, in Portsmouth, England.

Which I like.

The irony on that if you closely, Butterbear's guitar has flames on it.

If I a slide show video of "Through The fire and The Flames", you may see Butterbear go through several guitars during the solo.
