This is brillant! I love the softness of the highlights - not too light, but beautifully soft c: and you definitely did a great job with all the colours and hues! Awesome.

Gorgeous piece! I adore the head and the iridescent coat. The only little problem I see here is that the neck is too bulgy. I first thought that it could be due to the shadow on the horse's throat, but after looking more carefully, I think it's because the area where the point of the shoulder and the neck meet is too indented. It's not that bad though, and when looking at the painting as a whole, not even that noticeable. : ) This is beautiful, and I look forward to seeing what you'll paint next!

By the way, I've been planning on painting the same photo, and I immediately recognized the horse when I saw the thumbnail. I've just got so many works in progress that I'd like to finish first, I don't think it'll happen anytime soon.
