Description
This was supposed to be a redraw of a really old drawing from June 2017 I think, but after finishing the BG i realized that I uh. Dont fucking wanna draw the character UHSDF

ANYWAYS here's this ig until I add the character, if I ever will lmao. If I do, i'll update it and link to what its a redo of.

I hope its obvious that I tried to step out of my comfort zone a bit here. I dont paint much anymore. I tried more with the colors, I try really hard to stay away from super dark colors but I attempted to use some darker colors in this, as well as different hues and shit.
It's not really a WIP, I could do more to it, I'm unhappy with the bottom half bc I don't know how to draw fog (but without it, the bottom half would be empty) and the grass isn't great, but Im pretty proud of the top.

I feel like giving up on making the painting absolutely flawless and perfect and super detailed helped me a lot, I usually spent hours rounding off every edge and making sure the colors blend perfectly and everything and I feel like I managed to get a better result and work easier without that. It only took me about 2 hours, which is really good for a painting tbh.
