No, it's not a cookie. It's not clay and it's not fimo either. It's Cold Porcelain and I did this all from scratch. I did the material (we call it biscuit here) and dyed it, then shaped/sculpted it and let it solidify. After I composed it in a ring base.
If you are interested in buying something like this let me know in a note. I can do it with other colors and shapes, sizes, etc. Prices vary according to level of difficulty.

P.S.: It was my first time with something other than painting and customizations in my gran's studio. I did it all alone (and without any guidance except on how to make the biscuit itself) and I'm proud of it!
