Bonjour!
During our stay at the universal council, we met more then just one guardian . Another example is Forgemaster Torben!
Torben is a mountain lord who's people are known far and wide for their superior craft. Despite being the ruler of a mighty society, this literal bear of a man doesn't fit the description of a high-ranking politician to me. However, he was chosen so the usually neglected Bestian people would have a voice in the council. A true lord after all!
