Sometimes I end up going somewhere completely different with an idea once I start working on it.
First I made the skull + eyeball part. Then I realized that I would need to include something else like a body or something. So it was going to be ON a body, which turned out to be made of fail. Then the skull was going to be sitting on a pretty dresser/ vanity table. But there was a lack of good furniture stock I could find. THEN I came up with this.
For some reason I feel like this should be a postcard.

The earthly hues are fabulous making the image blend more together. And the really neat lighting making it have an awesome realistic feel 
But why is her skirt sort of fading into the ground?
The concept is so original, I still haven't anything like it

I like it that you didn't use a human skull but instead you used a cow's skull(?) and put in a really nice eyeball yet it didn't have much awkwardness blending it in
And you've carefully removed the girl's head making it seem like she has no head at all

Hi
I like how there are no really outstanding colours in the picture, they all can be seen far more than once and it's mostly green and greyish brown. This uniformity gives the image a realistic look so you don't actually realise at first that the model doesn't have a head.
The resolutions and the quality of the stock images work out brilliantly. Even the lighting is the same on both images: no hard shadows as if it was a photo taken on a day with a thin layer of clouds in front of the sun.
Now, I would have loved seeing the image without the star texture on it, I feel it takes something away from the image instead of adding to it. Especially on the right, on top of the bush with the highly detailed leaves it is just too much and seems to bring the background photo's quality down.
Sadly the tree and the dress in your photo have the problem trees tend to have: they seem somehow overexposed. Maybe it would do them good if you lowered the amount of light on there or added a colour layer over it?
Oh, and did I mention I liked how the skull looks? It's not exactly placed where her head would normally be, but it looks so natural that you don't even ask yourself: "What?" but just accept the fact she uses an eye in a transportable skull. This speaks of carefull and skillfull work!

Boy oh boy you do not know what the frig I thought was happening in this picture!
That is very nice. The resolutions of the pictures match up perfectly. The dress is lovely; you picked out nice stock. The colours are vibrant, and the eye is absolutely beautiful.
It is a high quality manip, I must say.
