Tis not just the hair its Sephy is general he looks really ill worse than Seymour after he dies. Plus he looks womanly usually femmy guys are nummy but Sephy just looks scary. Stupid square enix messing him up BTW though I found a pic of AC Sephy and he had his long hair in it.
