Nice it looks like a battle ready weapon, but is it historical accurate?  I don't know any falchion type existing

But still great sword

Historical accurate is a wide subject. I'm not sure it is, but than again, just imagine how handful of weapons survived from all those countless that were made?!
Maybe there were one like this made in the middle ages, which broke, rotted away in the soil or was reforged into something else. Or maybe there weren't
