Wow, she has a really strong stomach, letting all those worms crawl on her. xD Great mind over matter on her part.
And great picture on yours. It would have been especially interesting if you'd put some decomposition on her a bit, to explain all the many, many worms. o.O;
I really love how the worms look like they're actually digging into the fake blood wounds. xD It adds an intensity to it.

I like the chilling effect on her skin, as could be expected, but at the same time cool eye-closure and the comfort.. plus, the colours are very nice..
