Description
This is a banner I made for my facebook account. I really love Joltik, it's just so amazingly hyper, and I cant help but crack a smile when I see him jumping about. I still think this looks a bit unfinished, too much blank space but I started it rough and haven't been able to decide what to fill in with. This might get updated in the future.~Made in Photoshop CS6. Everything done using mouse.

Thanks! I still feel I could do more with it but I didn't really plan ahead on this one, haha.
Did you mean Joltik Avatar? The names are pretty similar, if so, then yes. Hope to do some more PokΓ©mon art later but lacking on time at the moment.
