Cool. When you sculpt all these characters, do you sculpt them without clothes and add later or is it all included? One more thing: Do you sculpt them already posed or in neutral pose and rig later?

You guessed right. They are first done naked and clothes added later. Well, tbh there isn't much need to do a nude mal model every time. I just take the same model ad fit new clothes to it. Only the face and maybe hands must be redone.
And yes, they are done in a neutral pose and rigged later.

Thanks. And the clothes add to the same rig? I have only done this once and I had a lot of issues with skin punching through the clothes when I posed the character. I resorted to cheating and just fixing it after the render but next time I'd like to do better. Any tips?

I'm removing all skin that's being covered by cloth so there is only a head with neck and hands on most of my models.
As for the rig: I have some additional controller objects for them that move along the skeleton but if something looks off you can go in and fix it.

However, my rigs aren't perfect so what I do after posing the models is exporting them back to zbrush to polish parts that don't look realistic enough just so the rendering looks better.

Superb job! May I ask you how much time does it take for you to make one of theese characters? I am aware of the fact that it differs depending on the complexitiy, but still
