Armor:Traditional Elven armor with slight modifications(face mask, and lighter chest plate)
Other abilities:Can do some magic.

Judging by his gold guilded armor, I'd say he's a Colonel in the military. Its weird though: His armor is scarily close to the Xetronuvian soldier armor. :/
