I like how the hand seemes almost chalkey white, like its somehow...unhumane if you know what I mean.
Also the eye really captures the emotion of choking or being caught.

It's not necessarily about abusive relationships-- it's meant to represent whatever holds us back, or keeps us quiet, or traps us, or fill-in-the-blank. The inspiration behind it was fueled by abuses, but definitely not limited to. Glad you liked it.
