Whew... Got alot of requests to post this after Sonic the Hedgehog 250 dropped, so here ya' go! The raw artwork to the double-page spread in Sonic 250 featuring nearly every Robot Master ever. I'm not kidding, ~ianpotto 's script for this sequence actually described this panel as something like "the moment I'll get death threats from the art team."This spread - the whole issue, in fact - took forever. This issue features around 100 characters - not generic crowd shots, by the way. Unique, licensed characters that all have their own reference. This spread took about 2.5 days to color, and the whole issue about two weeks to knock out.

You know what I just realized it's not ALL the Robot Masters if you look anywhere in there you won't see any of the robot masters from the FIRST MegaMan game/MegaMan Powered Up

question: if the logic of the reason that Dr. Lights robots weren't there was because Wily never built them, why are the robot masters from Megaman 9 there? I never got that.

don't get my wrong this is an awesome 2 page spread, and everyone involved did a great job, but that always bugged me.

Basically, he's dragging the Robot Masters from points in time when they were under his control, but he can't reach further back than when the Genesis Wave was activated, that is, just before Super Adventure Rockman. So not the first line, but any after them.
At least, that's what I got out of it.

Me too. The Robot Masters from Mega Man 4 were built by Dr. Cossack and the Robot Masters from 6 and 10 built by people from different parts of the world but they're there too.

Yeah. But, in the bright side he does appear later on during the battle, where he teams up with Heat Man, Solar Man, Magma Man, and Pharaoh Man.

I don't know if Wily could be able to revive the Stardroids. Dr. Light did indicate to Wily that he had no control over them, so that may be a reason why he couldn't revive the Stardroids.

How did Rouge wind up getting Roboticized into a Robot Master???

Well, in Worlds Collide Part 8, while Rouge was sabotaging the Wily Egg's engines, she was cornered in Lab SA-2 by Bass and Metal Sonic. Rouge unleashed an experimental weapon known as the Chaos Devil to buy herself some time, only for the Chaos Devil to capture both Rouge and Metal Sonic. Eggman and Wily order the Chaos Devil to release Rouge and Metal Sonic, and Metal Sonic is given the order of taking Rouge to be roboticized. Hope that answers your question.
