This will be the last time I do this for now, unless a commenter has an idea for a character they want to see me do.
Here is Lest and Frey from Rune Factory 4. Their stage is Obsidian Mansion and their symbol is a Watering Can. What makes Obsidian Mansion a unique stage is the furniture in the stage can be picked up and thrown as a weapon.

The Classic mode for this character(s) was hard to come up with.
Robin and Link for the first fight cause Rune Factory has your character romancing an NPC and marrying them like in Fire Emblem Awakening, and gathering resources from the wild like in Breath of the Wild.
Dr Mario, Wario, and Olimar are all working men with jobs. And in Rune Factory you not only have your own job, but help the citizens with their jobs.
the fight with Villager and Isabelle is cause they run a town like Lest/Frey does in RF4
And Steve is cause just like in Minecraft, you can craft your own tools and weapons in RF4

Arthur - Advanced - Defend type - Main fighter: Robin, Stage: Temple(Battlefield mode), opponent starts the battle with a Star Rod
Forte - Ace - Attack type - Main fighter: Lucina, Stage: Reset Bomb Forest(Battlefield mode), Opponent starts with a back shield, food that appears damages instead of heals.
Ambrosia - Novice - Neutral type - Main Fighter: Palutena, Minion fighter: Ivysaur, Stage: Garden of Hope(Hazards off), Stamina battle, opponent's attack goes up at high damage, Main fighter appears after minion fighter is defeated, spirit can be enhanced at level 99. Enhanced spirit: Amber(Advanced), enhanced effect: Autoheal
Thunderbolt - Novice - Attack type - Main fighter: giant Pikachu, stage: Temple, stamina battle opponent's specials are stronger, opponent focuses on neutral and down specials. Spirit can be enhanced at level 99. Enhanced Spirit: Dylas(Ace), enhanced effect: stronger electric attacks.
Marionnetta - Advanced - Grab type - Main Fighter: giant Zelda, stage: Obsidian Mansion, stamina battle, opponent focuses on grabs and down specials. Enhances at level 99. Enhanced Spirit: Dolce(Ace), enhanced effect: more health regained from recovery items.
Sarcophagus - Advanced - Defend type - Main fighter: Giant Fox, minion fighters: Tiny Ice Climbers; tiny Charizard, Stage: The Great Cave offensive(Omega mode), stamina battle, main opponent has super armor, opponent has increased stats at high damage, timed battle. Can be enhanced at level 99. Enhanced spirit: Leon(Ace), Enhanced effect: Assist killer
Clorica - Novice - Support(defend for spirit battle), Main fighter: Byleth, stage: Obsidian Mansion, opponent focuses on spear attacks, opponent will occasionally fall asleep. Support effect: Sleep immunity
Ventuswill - Legend - Support(Attack for spirit battle), opponent: Giant Charizard, Stage: Fountain of Dreams, Opponent starts battle with a Gust Bellows, items Orc Club and Gust Bellows appear, timed battle. Support effect: Increased jump height

Edit: Just occurred to me I never listed Clorica and Ventuswill's support effects in their spirit bios. Fixed. Also, side note, the four monsters enhancing to the NPC characters is a reference that can be a potential spoiler to anyone unfamiliar with the game.
