I found this template on another website and thought, that looks fun to fill in, so I did! Not sure who to give credit to, or I would.

Hard Lock, who I think is guaranteed to get in Smash Ultimate, Isaac from Golden Sun. He's super requested and isn't an Assist Trophy anymore.
Most wanted 1st Party, Kamek from Yoshi's Island. Currently Yoshi's Island and F-Zero are the only series from the original Smash Bros that have only one fighter. I'd like to see a second fighter from both series, but Yoshi's Island more. And Kamek would be a fun addition with his collection of spells.
Most wanted 3rd party, Zizou Olympia from The Legend of Dark Witch, one of my fav indie game series for the 3DS. For those that don't know it, imagine Touhou Project as a 2D side-scrolling platformer.
Will get their chance another day, a character already confirmed not to be a fighter but might be playable in a future Smash title, Midna from Zelda Twilight Princess. She's an assist trophy now, but she could be a fighter in the future.
most wanted boss, Perfect Chaos from Sonic Adventure DX
most wanted assist trophy, Poochy from Yoshi's Island, now that we got Klaptrap assist trophies, Yoshi's Island is the only series from the original Smash that doesn't have any assist trophies. Add one!
most wanted pokeball pokemon, I had a hard time choosing for this one, so I just went with Politoed cause I love frogs.
most wanted stage, Temporal Tower from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky
