Maybe she got adopted by kind and loving parents, who want the best for her, who help her feel better when she's feeling bad, telling the principal of her school that there students picking on her, listen to her ideas, spend time with her, understand things that trouble her, try their best to help her, basically parents that are the exact opposite of her original parents.
