My third "Picture of the Week". I enjoyed drawing this, the hair was really fun. He is supposed to be Nicolae from GaiaOnline's "Backyard Bargains", but his eyes were too hard to draw, he kept ending up like some scary Chinese girl, so I drew my own style. Still looks pretty much like him, I suppose. The hardest part was getting the hat right, especially the bill, but it wasn't all that bad.
