Well I love the concept 1st of all.
The model needs more headroom...it leads the eye off the page, maybe shrink her down and move her right below the branch line.
The backdrop is too bright, especially in the middle. If you darken it, it will not only bring out your model , but also make the transformation to snow really "pop"

Thank you for your ideas. I darkened the background, and I think it made it so much better. I tried to make her smaller, but I failed, so I kept it the way it is.

This is a really interesting piece!
I would say you probably could use a bit more contrast, but I wouldn't mess too much with the coloring. The blue gives it a cold feel to it and I wouldn't want that to be lost.
As for the dress, I would suggest having it stay corporeal for just a bit further down before fading.

In my opinion your model doesn't really fit the picture.
Yes she has the right color tone and all but it just looks like you threw her in there.
Maybe make her fade into the picture that kind of fits the scene. I picture snow flakes in my mind... Her turning into a bunch of snowflakes at the bottom and drifting to the ground.

I think you could do better on the girl's blurry, cause it looks like glass, not snow. But the rest, colors lightning and position is REALLY GOOD! Congractullations.

The fading and colors look fine, although the you could have the spot where she fades completely could be a little lower to blend her into the snow better.
If you want to give the background a etheral painted look (and have photoshop) try using the "remove noise" tool on the background at about 7 strength. It works really well.

i think the colours are good. not too much light blue, it creates a nice cold feeling. the fading looks good too. it's good that the whole girl is a little transparent.. like ice 
my eye caught the same thing that akela9 said. the background could look better if it was a little more blurry. another thing is her position. i think there is too little space above her head. the girl has beautiful face and it needs space around it

This has a beautiful, dreamy, ethereal quality about it that find most appealing.
I think this is beautiful. The girl looks very much like she's "painted" and because of that, it'd be neat if the background also had that same feel, but this certainly works, anyway.

this is beautiful i really like the ice look in front of her, instead of a cloud of smoke, she's disappearing behind a sheet of ice haha
