A quick little outfit Chibiusa wore in episode 135, "Fureau kokoro! Chibi Usa to Pegasus" [Sympathized Minds! Between Chibiusa and Pegasus] - or in the english dub "A Teacher's Lesson".
She said it made her feel like a better artist. Her teacher didn't like it so much
I screen capped the painting she did in the episode and manipulated it into the picture.
