Rolled fondant. Used gel food colouring on small batches of fondant. Cut out leaf shapes using a small knife and rolled the back of a butter knife over the tops for centre vein. Hand shaped the flower petals individually, blending different colours of fondant together while I did it.

White chocolate fondant.
