I created this work with Alice in Wonderland in mind; however I was inspired by a photograph of a teacup bunny. Once the image was drawn, the character's eyes were to look thoughtfully as to why such a thing would be in the teacup. But when I finished instead of her looking thoughtfully she looked distracted. The bee just seemed like the thing to be the distraction.This was drawn with fine tipped black ink, and a gold pen on white 9x11 drawing paper.

Really? Its been sitting in my USB for months. I really scrutinize what I submit in DA though its been on my other art sites. Btw, I did see you art page on FB...phenomenal work.
