The more I think about it, the more agitated I am that Ram couldn't be worked into Tron: Legacy but CLU was (not that I don't love CLU 2). Anyway, I took a break from work to design a neat little Tron: Legacy era Ram. His face and hair are derived from [link] (this image).P.S. I used classic Tron font on a Tron: Legacy era design, wat.

Ouch. Anyway, his user did make an appearance and part of the dialogue suggests (to me) that we might have a chance of seeing Ram on the Grid again. I'd keep a lookout for them but if they show up, it'll only be for a day or two maximum.

I've been reading the articles giving spoilers on the TRON 3 trailers, but the more I read, the more I realize how specific my desires for Ram's return are. I can only hope it works out well for all of us (or even actually happens).

[link] They pretty much all say the same thing. I can't remember if the blog went into what the teaser trailer was going to show, but the articles all do.
I also read an interview with Bruce Boxleitner, which I can't find, but he couldn't say any more than he knew they -want- to do another movie.
In an unrelated note, there's going to be an animated series called Tron: Uprising that Bruce is doing the voice of Tron for. That bit doesn't have anything to do with Ram, though.

Me too. If they did rewrite him, he'd have to be CGI, because Dan Shor doesn't look much like Ram now.
