Actually it's head from modmade Tifa, but people recognize her as Dva here so I added easy details to make her Dva. ;DAnyway, I checked if I can make good looking wet body. Result is average.

Wow, this is amazing! Do you mind me asking how you managed to make the water and body look like that? I've been messing with Cycles Blender for a bit but I can't seem to do a decent looking skin shader / wet shader / water material.
