Very good for 1 hour in pencil with Photoshop, anything remotely approaching this quality tends to take me literally DAYS!
(case in point this took me at least 3 days to complete, or at least 3 is when I stopped counting... )
It reminds me of Bernardette the Reaper from Stjepan Sejic's "Death Vigil" comic ( www.deviantart.com/nebezial/ga… ), if you have not already you should give it a read.
