this one has been in my mind for quite a while.it's my first attempt at a large mural work.
far from perfect technicaly.
I hope the overall atmosphere makes up for that somewhat.

This is my favorite fairy tale!! I love little Gerda in all the three pictures. Is that Kai in the third picture? This has a really magical feel to it, lovely work~

I think 'The Snow Queen' is one of the loveliest of Andersen's stories and this work beautifully illustrates the story in it's essentials. The design is perfect.

You say "far from perfect technicaly" I say its darn near perfect. This is really a great story being told with these three mini frames and I think its really well done.

The uhm windows are a little crooked and the snow queen and her throne. They seem to be leaning to the left a bit. I think your last deviation had the castle going to the left a little as well... Might wanna watch out for that.
The different texture in the snow queen and her gown is good :3 it makes her really stand out more.

When I saw this as a thumb I thought of life pods or fetuses.
Now I can see the nice illustrations of a frozen queen and her helper.
These could go right into a book, love the softness and the glow.
Perhaps they would stand better on their own instead of all three in one.

Yes perhaps they would work better seperate but I wanted to try a 3piece mural. trying something more complex.
the left & middle scenes were actually seperate pieces in my mind for a long time already.
