god, im getting very obsessed in the Naruto series, im so glad it was being aired here in the phils! Oh, these are "babies" not "chibis" characters (whats the difference anyway?). ^^ i think this pic is really cute.. before i messed it up by playing with the filters. i know the backround sucks, i really dont know how to make good backgrounds, sorry.... ~.~ive just realized that ive been using the Adobe Photoshop ver6. for almost 3 years now... and i still dont know how to use those layers.... -_-
thats why maybe i find it hard to make backgrounds... ~_~
