It all really depends on how faralong she is, since at any point in time she could've been as big as a specific number and month and would transition through most of the possible sizes as she grew.

she's so fluffy and sweet....again great expression and pose...she looks so calm and content.

That is so cute it's almost terrifying. The pose is nothing short of adorable, and I love her big poofy tail. The way her shirt is just busting at the seams trying to hold her in is rather cute as well.
As for how many she's carrying, and how far along she is... my phenomenal powers of psychic deduction say... 5 months and... 12 kids.
