I remember this one time I had a hard assed midterm exam and I kept procrastinating and it was 12 so I was like, "Meh I'll wake up at 4 am and study >_>" and when I woke up at 4 I was so tired, so I asked myself, "Do I really care?," it didn't take me a minute to answer myself, "Nope, I don't." and went back to sleep. Not kidding.
