Looks too indifferent to be a dog of the underworld... unless it's going for that whole Sephiroth* look. You know, the type of people that are pure evil inside but try to extinguish all their emotions. I guess villains love the goth style (or is that emo?) these days.
*(I can't believe I made a Final Fantasy 7 reference without going on a Nanaki rant. Something is wrong with me O_o ).
