There is just something about this poem, it is so short but so powerful. It hits you right in the face and that last line absolutely floored me. Wonderful writing, I hope I can read more of you work if it is anything like this.

So let's see if I understand this. The "you" in the poem thought he loved the asian girl, but then the following winter she was gone and the "you" forgot about her? Yeah, that's why I'm always really analytical when people say they "love" someone, since it can just be infatuation!
