Hmmmmmmm. I am only moderately pleased with this picture/ = n =;
I love the background, and I worked really hard on it, but I'm not sure about the character. Maybe I should've done soft-shading instead, blah. xD
But if I did that I would probably STILL be working on it.
And I wanted to see if I could do a cellshaded character with a detailed background.
And I'm sure the perspective is REALLY off, but I didn't do any perspective lines or anything so e v e; It's to be expected that it's off. xD;

I really DID CG something for myself over the weekend! haha! XD
I am so proud of the water, though. Really really proud xD; It wasn't even as hard as I would have though. > w <;; I just added a gradient, blended the sand color in the water a little, and then added some foam. And then some shadows. And viola! :'D Decent beach! XD;

BY THE WAY, HOW MANY OF YOU KNOW WHO THIS CHICK IS?

Hint: She's my first character 8D

Extrahint: She was my persona before Hira. xD (Not that any of you knew me back then. Except maybe oneee person and he barely goes on dA. )

OHHH AND LIKE. That thing in the top left corner is a planet.
And the light blue band-type-thing on the right is like....You know how Saturn has rings around it? :'D
Well the planet this character lives on has rings like that, too. Except they're light blue.
So nope, she doesn't live on earth. xD
