I've been seeing vector art everywhere. And I think I get the general idea. But I'm still not 100% sure what one actually is.

I don't have a guide or tutorial as I'm only learning myself but if you would like to do this kind of stuff I suggest you get comfortable with using the pen tool in illustrator. That tool is so useful man. Cheers,
