I think that is Junko, The Nameless Being is from Touhou Project series. She tried to take revenge onto the Chinese goddess of the moon rabbits and Lunarians, Princess Chang'e, who sent her husband, Hou Yi, the sun-shooter killed Junko's son and destroyed the 10 suns to weakened the shadows of Hell, where its goddess Hecatia Lapislazuli ruled. However Princess Chang'e stole and consumed the forbidden Hourai Elixir from Eirin Yagaroko and Princess Kaguya but she was imprisoned on the moon by the Lunarians, so Junko plotted a invasion to the Lunar Capital.
