He is one of the ex monty pythons. He did all of the weird illustrations. His movies have a very distinctive, crazy style.

The most well known are: "Brazil" "12 Monkeys" "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" and "The Brothers Grimm".

...on second thought, forget that last one, but definitely check out the first three.
