FULL VIEW is highly recommended!!!Anyway I'm very proud of it!
I did not use any reference to make this.
I used:
-Open canvas (90%) Photoshop CS3 (10%)
-Wacom bamboo
Time: too many hours (maybe 2-3 days
)I don't think that anybody read my words, but if you do please share your opinion with me. I would be very happy if you gave me ANY feedback.

Well that's in one word beautiful! Those colors are so amazing. The details are so awesome, such as the reflection in the eye and the blue colors. Great job on those upper eyelashes too. I really find this work stunning!

At first thank you 
I used "spoon pen" brush in open canvas for making the lashes.
It is not a template that you can use like a stamp.
The line is thiner in end according to that how you drive it.
It works with mouse too ( in open canvas ) but using a tablet and pen is much more esier
I hope it is understandable.
