Coming in with some criticism, back up everybody.
On the right(or his left) side of his lab coat and in some of your outlined shadows(and hair shadows), there is some banding going on. You might want to fix that with some anti-aliasing.
Also, the rock floor he's standing on is on the wrong angle. In my eyes, it looks like he's about to fall down.
Overall, this is a pretty nice piece, I liked the colors you used and you have pretty nice anime style going on here.
