Oooooh, so pretty!! I love the swirly hair and the colours you used!! Looks like clouds, indeed!
Wish I could say whether the bg is a good idea or not, but I'm a baby with backgrounds still. It probably could be less saturated, if anything, to bring out the foreground more. That's prbably about it because it seems to work well to me!
