Former resident of Fishman Island, Miki-Toto is the weather specialist of the Lucky Cat Pirates. While she has only recently split her tail, she is the oldest woman of the crew and thus behaves as the maternal voice of reason for her crew mates. During the two year separation of her crew, after the alliance events of Sabaody Archipelago, she returned to Fishman Island and strengthened both her knowledge of oceanic behavior and Merman Gujutsu (Merman Combat). When her captain calls, she returns to her duties, though not without first establishing a romantic connection between herself and Prince Fukaboshi.

Her interests include fish politics, architecture, rhyming games, and fish-related puns.
