Description
The original title was to long "You need Rain and Sunshine to make a Rainbow" Ho-oh and Lugia don't always have to hate each other ^^. And Lugia looks shitty, I know. I got the point. X_X but I tried a new style of wings for ho-oh and I like the results. I also like the concept of this pic.art (c) me

I like how the lugia and the ho-oh are colorless but the rainbow is perty (it makes it seem like they both worked together for a common goal) very nice ^_^

Lugia looks very shiny! 83 and I just love those wings on both birds. The rainbow makes good contrast too, great concept!
