Two things. Sharpie Poster Paint markers (Water based) and a White Jelly Roll pen.

hhhmmm...interesting. I've tried using the bright white acrylic paint but it always dries as an off white while your stuff looks really bright white. I think the acrylics serve the purpose well on canvas which is a little duller than the 11x17 cardstock I use to draw on most of the time.
