I finally conquered my fear of drawing backgrounds :V
Concept of a borderline hypersonic fighter jet with forward swept wings plus variable sweep. In the high speed configuration, the wings sweep forward to the point where they touch the body forming the flying wedge shape as pictured. In this configuration, the blunt wedge shape of the fuselage generates the majority of the lift.
No details because it's a background and the original sketch is from 10+ years ago and (figuratively and literally) would not fly. GIMP 2.10
