Few sketches from the "Wizard of Oz: Animal Vegetable Mineral" science-fiction re-telling I'm working on.

The scarecrow, while still a scarecrow in it's own rights, isn't made of straw and cloth. He's a brittle wood creature grown by one of the citizens of oz to protect his corn patch. The Tin-man is now a soft hearted robot with a cursed axe. He can't let go of it, otherwise it'll start going after the rest of the group. The lion... is... not really a lion anymore. I dunno what he is. He's got camoflauge powers though, so he can hide from enemies (he's still cowardly, you know). Toto, up there, is a shape-shifting-morph-dog.
