- bald cap
- mastix
- camouflage
- mixed cosmetics for a natural look
- a lot of time
- and a good friend to help you

MakeUp based of oil and wax, highly pigmented
You can also cover tattoos and scars with it

Don't know english shops, because I live in germany
But search for theatre-make up! Then you will found what you need
