Description So. One of these ideas, I was sorting old notes and saw where I mentioned it to CC and she was like "PLEASE DRAW THAT". That was like a year ago. OTL The problem is that I really wanted the third panel to be big and silhouetted like that, but didn't want to waste a ton of space, and the punch line was weeeaaaaak. Tenuous at best, really. So I thought "I know, I'll mix it in with another comic idea I had that I had mentioned to Livvy, that also wasn't very funny. Combined, maybe they can make half a punch line and not waste so much space."

I solved the wasted space problem.

Panels are color coded, but overall, it's still one massive non sequitur.

Goliath (yellow-ish) belongs to ~CottonConfection .
Marvin (purple hair) belongs to ~lilwyverngirl .
McKayla (fuzzy fuzzy) belongs to ~Kayla-san .
Belle (purple) and Calvin (blue) belong to me.

Haha, I had hoped they wouldn't be complicated. If there are two things I'm no good for, it's human anatomy and machines/inanimate objects. lD Also glad since I used them again only slightly different in that last doodle dump and it would be lame to get them wrong twice in a row. lD

They aren't very complicated. The harness is a little on the complicated side, since he has electrodes stuck to his head under his mane tuft. lD But I always imagined his robot hands like Robotnik-style robot hands. X3

Aaaaand now I want to watch the old Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog again, back when Sonic was kind of a douche and "Robuttnik" was about the funniest pun ever. XD

ZOMGGGGG YAY IT IS MAAADDEE!! It was such a cute and funny idea I was sadfacing that it wouldnt come alive XDDD BUT HERE IT IS! Belle drawing in the second panel makes me all kinds of happy and I adore how you laid this out. I especially love the silhouette panel too. As you like to say, its super delicious

Also, Marvin and Calvin conversation is win, so funny XDDDDDD I love jokes like that. In Goofy Movie II when one of the characters goes "ever wonder why we're always wearing gloves?" it tickled me pink XDD

lol, I guess it was funnier in my head back then because the whole "endless sea of cotton candy" thing was a brand new addition to cowtards. Aaaaand because at the time I came up with it, Gol was with CiCi, and it just didn't sit well and I wanted to introduce him to other girls.

Belle in second panel makes me think of Charlie Brown. lD

Haha, yes, breaking the fourth wall is always fun. Especially when it's in subtle ways. An old friend of mine we called Vegan drew a similar comic where someone asked the main llama character "how do you hold that coffee, anyway?" and he just replied "I don't know, but I'm starting to doubt this 'Vegan' person's drawing abilities."

this comic is super funny. I love Calvin and Marvin's little conversation. (yay! Twitchy stressed out robotic hands! ) And yet again, Calvin beats all opponents with out even trying.

McKayla's face in the last panel is adorable. I suggest they skidaddle on out of there though....she's bound to faint any moment.

lol, yes, Calvin unwittingly gets under someone else's skin. He may have low tolerance for tomfoolery, but he sure seems to be nearly just as naive as Belle sometimes.

Indeed, Belle's prolly gonna have to grab Goliath and high-tail it outta there. Though in their defense, this comic was first sketched way back when Goliath was still with CiCi and McKayla's extreme faintiness had yet to be fully explored.

lol, I'm rather torn on black and white, coincidentally. As games themselves, they're my favorites since SGC/HGSS, but as far as new pokΓ©mon designs go, they're my least favorite out of every batch yet. D: And I know people say that folks like me are just a bunch of whiners because the original gens had lame pokΓ©mon like Voltorb and Magnemite... but I didn't like those guys then, either, so I'm justified.

There are some pks in the new games that I think look pretty cool, like the dark croc and the meloetta or whatever it is (the one with the singing and dancing and all that), and Tepig. v . Otherwise, the rest of them aren't that great. T^T

I always thought Voltorb sucked... and magnemite was okay, but got cooler when Magneton rolled around. xD
