Sorry there has been a long delay from my last posts. Work life balance is not easy these days.

This Easter season I was too busy with work to do a lot of Hopster Hunting, but this time something amazing did happen!

While I was on a work trip down south from my home about 250 miles away, I saw this purple and while Model A version at a thrift store! I had never seen this model for sale anywhere! But i checked the tag and indeed its an authentic Hoppy Hopster! likely one of the oldest models. I have the green and pink ones but I had never ever seen a purple one!

But to my horror, I realized I made this work trip but forgot my wallet!!! So i could not buy it! No one there would give me 5$ for it either!

So what I had to do is 3 days later I got off work on my day off. I had a whole day to myself. I could not believe i was going to make this trip but ive never seen this bunny online ever, it was totally new. So did the math and saw that making this trip would cost me 65$ in gasoline to travel there and back and take 9 or 10 hours. Ive paid 65$ or more for Hoppy Hopsters online before so I decided to make the trip. There was a big risk the bunny would not be there and might have sold to someone else and that was a big worry. But I took the chance.

When I finally drove down there and got to the store I was very nervous. I went to the seasonal Easter display, but the bunny was not there anymore! I began to think that my worst fear had come true. But I walked around the store and I saw his foot sticking out of a different pile of old toys! It took me a while to realize I got this very rare Hopster and was holding it in my hands and was buying it. But after about 10 minutes I was full of joy!

This Easter season I did not get to find any other Hoppy Hopsters at the thrift stores. But this one I did find was a really special one and very rare! So I was very happy. I think I may finally have every Hoppy Hopster ever made. But who knows. Maybe a new one like this one will be discovered by me!
