Description Parkour, also known as Free Running by the Media, is the sport of getting from one place to another in weird and wonderful ways.

Kind of like 'Urban Gymnastics' I guess. I was asked my a friend to take some pics of him and his mate practising Parkour in Chichester, thought I'd upload the results.

Nice shot! he's got some awesome air over that rail. By the way it might pay to change the words sport with art, Parkour is not competitive and is not a sport

Parkour and Free Running: two completely different things.

True definition of parkour is getting from point A to B as efficiently as possible.

I hope he cleared that wall, it's hard to get distance with just one hand on the bar.

He cleared the wall with relative ease. Seem to remember he had a bit of a run up so was absolutely flying (almost quite literally) at that point
